Tenssify lets you log blood pressure and related personal notes, view trends, export reports, optionally receive alerts, and optionally use AI summaries. You must be able to form a binding contract and provide accurate account information.
Content in the app, including charts, statistics, category labels, forecasts, and AI text, is for personal journaling and education only. Tenssify does not provide disease risk percentages, diagnoses, prognoses, or medication-change advice. Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider with questions about a medical condition.
Our handling of personal and health information is described in the Privacy Policy. By creating an account you consent to that processing.
You may delete your account at any time from Profile. Deletion removes your account and associated personal health information from production systems, subject to limited anonymized security logs.
We may modify or discontinue features. We will update these Terms when material changes occur. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Tenssify and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, reliance on displayed or AI-generated information, or service interruptions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Ontario or federal law.
