Track everything. Tensi explains what it means.

Blood pressure, medications, GLP-1 doses, lab results, CPAP nights, weight and how you actually feel — logged in seconds. Then ask in your own words: Tensi reads your own numbers back to you, says why a week ran high, what changed since spring and what is worth asking about next.

Log it. Watch it. Ask what it means.

The whole product, in the order you meet it — and this is the real interface at every step, not a diagram of it. Scroll, and the app moves with you.

Step 1 · about ten seconds

Log it, and get on with your day

Three numbers and a tap — or a photo of the monitor, which is read for you. Doses, weight, meals and water are just as quick, and reminders keep the habit alive past week three.

Step 3 · when you ask

Ask Tensi what it means

This is the part a spreadsheet cannot do. Ask in your own words and Tensi answers from your own readings — why a week ran high, whether a dose day shows up in your numbers, what changed since spring, what is worth raising next time. It explains, and it never prescribes.

Why was last week higher?

Your evenings averaged 8 mmHg above your mornings last week, and four of the five evening readings came within an hour of a late meal. The mornings did not move, and nothing in your medication log changed.

Diagnose, prescribe, or change a dose. The safety thresholds live in code, not in the model.

Nothing is sent to a model on page load. History access takes a second, separate consent you can withdraw.

Tensi & insights

An assistant that reads your own numbers

Ask in your own words and Tensi answers from your own data — why a week ran high, whether mornings and evenings differ, what changed since spring, what is worth asking about at your next appointment. It reads a drug’s published leaflet aloud rather than from memory, spots the patterns across modules that a single chart cannot show, and can log a reading or a dose for you. It explains and never prescribes: the safety thresholds live in code, not in the model.

Nausea scores peak in the two days after your dose. Smaller, lower-fat meals that day may help.

Medications

Every medicine, and what it actually says

Add what you take and pick it from the drug list — that attaches the official record, so the app can show the manufacturer’s own leaflet and spot interactions with the rest of your list. Set the times and tick each dose off; without times it is simply recorded as taken when needed.

  • Leaflets quoted from the approved label, never summarised

  • Dose history, so a change lands with a date on it

  • Reminders at your times, adherence worked out for you

Labs & sleep

The numbers that come from somewhere else

Share a lab PDF or a photo of the report and the markers, values and dates are pulled out for you to check before anything is saved — anything the catalogue does not recognise keeps the name it had on the report rather than being dropped. Put your CPAP card in your computer and the nightly summary comes in the same way.

  • Each marker against its own reference range, over time

  • CPAP usage, AHI, leak and pressure, night by night

  • The card is read on your device — the recordings never leave it

  • CSV import from your old app maps SBP, Sys and Heart Rate by itself

Tensi

Meet Tensi. It reads your record, not the internet.

Ask it something below and watch it answer — from your own entries, naming which of them it opened to get there.

  • Finds the pattern

Why was last week higher than usual?

Read from your record: Blood pressure · 46 readings, Day notes · 30 days, Medication log.

Your evenings averaged 8 mmHg above your mornings, and four of the five evening readings came within an hour of a late meal. The mornings did not move, and nothing in your medication log changed.

  • Connects your modules

Does my dose day show up in how I feel?

Read from your record: GLP-1 log · 12 doses, Daily check-ins · 84 days, Hydration.

Clearly. Nausea averages 3.2 in the two days after a dose against 1.4 on every other day — and your water intake drops on exactly those days, which usually makes it worse.

  • Quotes the real label

Can I take ibuprofen with what I am on?

Read from your record: Your medication list · 4 items, Approved label · ramipril.

Your list has ramipril, and its approved label warns that NSAIDs may reduce its effect and raise the risk to your kidneys. That is one for your pharmacist, not for me.

  • Reads your labs

Which of my lab markers are out of range?

Read from your record: Lab panels · 2 uploads, Reference ranges, Marker history · 14 months.

One: LDL at 3.9 mmol/L against a ceiling of 3.4. Everything else on the panel is inside its range, and your HbA1c has come down from 5.9 to 5.4 since March. Both are worth mentioning together — the direction matters as much as the number.

  • Logs a dose for you

I took my Mounjaro this morning

Read from your record: Your GLP-1 schedule, Injection-site rotation.

Logged — 5 mg, this morning, left thigh, which is the site your rotation had next. The countdown has moved to Tuesday week, and that is twelve doses on time in a row.

  • Logs anything else

    Weight this morning was 81.8

Read from your record: Your weight log, Your target.

Saved — 81.8 kg, down 0.6 since last week and 5.8 since March. That crosses the −5 kg milestone, and it puts you 3.8 from the target you set.

  • Writes the report

Put the last three months in a report for my doctor

Read from your record: Blood pressure · 3 months, Medications, GLP-1 adherence, Lab markers.

Ready — twelve pages: averages, the category split, morning against evening, your dose log with adherence, side effects and the two lab markers that moved. You pick the sections before anything is exported, and nothing goes out until you say so.

  • Keeps people separate

How has Mom’s pressure been this month?

Read from your record: Mom · 22 readings, Her target range.

Higher than yours and drifting: 134/86 on average against her 130/80 target, with six readings in Elevated. Her timeline is entirely separate from yours — I only looked at hers because you asked about her.

Privacy & security

Your numbers are yours.

Health data is encrypted with a per-user key before it is written, and there is no analytics pipeline quietly reading your readings.

Encrypted before write

Blood pressure, weight, medications and notes are sealed with your key. A database dump shows ciphertext, not mmHg.

Tensi on request only

Nothing is sent to a model on page load. Educational consent is required, and history access needs a second, separate opt-in.

Passkeys supported

Sign in with a passkey instead of a password, with private sessions and automatic idle logout.

Deletion means deletion

One confirmed action removes your account and associated health records. No soft-delete purgatory.
